We foster quality ESRD healthcare in the Network 6 area by:

  • Helping… people understand End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and the available treatment options.
  • Monitoring… the quality of ESRD care and coaching healthcare providers to deliver the highest quality of care possible.
  • Facilitating… communication between patients and providers to resolve their disagreements.
  • Working… with ESRD providers to maintain a registry of ESRD patients and providers.
  • Reporting… descriptive and comparative data.
  • Providing… educational programs and other learning opportunities for patients and providers.
