Network 6 Staff

Executive Director
Jenna Krisher
  • Directs the organization's overall performance and initiatives in adherence to all Network contract requirements as directed by CMS
  • Serves as principal liaison between the Network 6 organization and CMS
  • Reports to the Network Board of Directors and provides support to Network boards and committees as primary liaison
  • Administers organization’s financial accounting and operational functions in support of the Network CMS contract and corporation requirements and budgets
Community Outreach Coordinator
Amy Williams
  • Serves as primary coordinator for educational workshops, meeting planning and outreach
  • Coordinates the Network Consumer Committee in developing patient resource materials and initiatives in support of patient education
  • Serves as Network liaison to state agencies and quality improvemetn organizations
Patient Services Coordinator
Leila Grubbs MSW
  • Handles incoming patient complaints and grievances and facility-related concerns within the Network 6 area

Information Management (IM)

Director of Information Management
Margo Clay, MIS
  • Administers all required Network CMS contract data tracking and reporting elements
  • Directs all data security, accuracy and timely submission of patient information to CMS
  • Manages IM department staff and required IM operations
Data Manager
Dee Tyburski
  • Manages data activities to ensure accurate and timely completions of data
  • Manages the preparation and completion of the CMS 2744
  • Provides education and assistance to ESRD facilities regarding compliance
  • Provides education and assistance to ESRD facilities regarding CROWNWeb
Information Management Coordinator
Jasmin Kelly
  • Provides technical assistance to facilities regarding data submission
  • Monitors facility data compliance and provides educational assistance to aid facilities in meeting goal
  • Analyzes patient and personnel databases to resolve data discrepancies
  • Responsible for NEPOP
Information Management Specialist
Kareen Belza
  • Data entry of the CMS organizational forms, 2728,2746,Network Patient Activity Report, 2744 and Vascular Access
  • Contacts facilities to obtain missing information on rejected 2728 and 2746 forms
  • Processes the missing forms reports
  • Processes data submitted by VISION facilities
 

Quality Improvement (QI)

Director of Quality Improvement
Leighann Sauls RN, CDN
  • Designs and implements quality improvement projects and activities as required by the Network CMS contract; including assistance to facility staff in implementation of internal quality improvement programs, and development of Network 6 educational materials and workshops
  • Coordinates the Network Medical Review Board in developing quality improvement project initiatives and patient complaints and grievances
  • Manages QI staff
