Network 6 Staff

Executive Director
Jenna Krisher
  • Directs the organization's overall performance and initiatives in adherence to all Network contract requirements as directed by CMS
  • Serves as principal liaison between the Network 6 organization and CMS
  • Reports to the Network Board of Directors and provides support to Network boards and committees as primary liaison

 

Administration

Director of Operations
Christine Gevertz, PHR, MBA
  • Administers organization’s financial accounting and operational functions in support of the Network CMS contract and corporation requirements and budgets
  • Administers employee benefits and compensation
  • Manages office operations and administrative staff
Community Outreach Coordinator
Amy Williams
  • Serves as primary coordinator for educational workshops, meeting planning and outreach
  • Prepares Annual Report, QPR, and organization newsletters; serves as primary editor

 

Information Management (IM)

Director of Information Management
Margo Clay, MIS
  • Administers all required Network CMS contract data tracking and reporting elements
  • Directs all data security, accuracy and timely submission of patient information to CMS
  • Manages IM department staff and required IM operations
Information Systems Specialist
Dee Tyburski
  • Analyzes patient and personnel databases to resolve data discrepancies
  • Serves as the VISION contact for all dialysis facilities
  • Ensures all data submitted by facilities replicates to CMS timely
Information Management Specialist
Deborah Jackson
  • Tracks all Network forms to ensure all forms are received
  • Provides technical assistance to facilities regarding data submission
  • Monitors facility data compliance and provides educational assistance to aid facilities in meeting the CMS goal
Information Management Assistant
Chaneen Reaves
  • Processes patient data forms from various CMS approved forms
  • Processes requests for CMS 2728 form
  • Assists the organization with various projects to ensure all forms are entered timely

 

Quality Improvement (QI)

Director of Quality Improvement
Leighann Sauls, RN, CNN
  • Designs and implements quality improvement projects and activities as required by the Network CMS contract; including assistance to facility staff in implementation of internal quality improvement programs, and development of Network 6 educational materials and workshops
  • Coordinates the Network Medical Review Board in developing quality improvement project initiatives and patient complaints and grievances
  • Manages QI and patient services staff
Quality Improvement Nurse Specialist
Carol Clark RN
  • Coordinates Network 6 Quality Indicator Focused Review
  • Coordinates Network 6 Clinical Performance Measures Project
  • Provides Quality Improvement Technical Assistance
Patient Services Coordinator
Sammy Bailey, LMSW, CACII
  • Handles incoming patient complaints and grievances and facility-related concerns within the Network 6 area
  • Coordinates the Network Consumer Committee in developing patient resource materials and initiatives in support of patient education
  • Serves as Network liaison to state agencies for complaint and grievance issues
