Patient Centered Care in ESRD On-Line Modules

All staff can receive a Certificate of Completion by Southeastern Kidney Council at no charge. This course is taught by social worker, Mark Meier MSW. Social Workers completing the modules can email Amy Williams at awilliams@nw6.esrd.net for a certificate of completion with Social Worker hours listed.
- Nurses and Patient Care Technicians can receive up to 3 hours for completing the series through ANNA. This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the American Nephrology Nurses' Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
