Mission Statement:
To improve the lives of people with or at risk for End Stage Renal Disease by promoting and advancing quality of care.
Board of Directors
Elected by representatives from dialysis and transplant facilities in the Network 6 area, the membership for the Board of Directors includes at least 3 patients, as well as nephrologists, nurses, social workers and dietitians from the renal community.
