Publications
One of the goals of our Network is to provide effective educational and quality of care tools for patients, providers and other renal organizations. Here are just a few of our resource publications and reports that are available on this website:
- Renal Health News: An informative and patient-focused newsletter to help patients learn more about treatment options, quality of care, and tips for better health. Sent semi-annually to each patient in the Network 6 area.
- Communicator: A comprehensive newsletter, which highlights quality of care educational tools, as well as up-to-date information pertinent to dialysis and transplant professionals. Sent electronically at least 3 times per year to each dialysis and transplant facility in the Network 6 area.
- Data Reports and Annual Report: Quarterly and yearly statistical information about renal dialysis and transplant patient populations, Network activities and more.
